At ALW Leather, we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be in its original packaging
• Not show any signs of damage or use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale
• Customized or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
